To promote careers in Dutch inland navigation to a new generation of teenagers, we developed a digital storytelling campaign for VVDB rooted in authentic, real-life stories from young professionals. As the Creative leading the art direction, my role was to develop a fresh visual identity – guiding the color palette, layouts, and animations – to make a traditional industry feel current and exciting for a digital-first audience. The creative vision was to reframe the profession as a bold and adventurous career path, using scroll-stopping videos on social platforms to inspire and resonate with teens.
